Assalam-O-Alaikum(Peace be upon you) everyone. Welcome back to another Quran related post and before we start, do you know that there are around 20+ Surahs that any one including you, can memorize in a very short time and learn them easily? If you don’t know then keep reading.
In this post today, I’ll tell you about those 20 Surahs and about their benefits also. Most of them are very short they hardly have 9+ Ayats. Sounds easy? lets see.
So basically I was reading Hadith and then found some Hadtih that made me write this article.
The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said, “The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it”

The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said, “Allah has His own people among mankind.” They said: “O Messenger of Allah, who are they?” He said: “The people of the Qur’an, the people of Allah and those who are closest to Him’”

“O Abu Zar! It is better for you to learn a single verse of Holy Quran in the morning rather to pray hundreds of Rakaat (Nafal Prayer)”

1.Surah An Nasr – The Victory
It’s 110th Surah of the Quran Shareef and has 3 Ayats and it is also the third shortest Surah of the Quran Shareef. After some research I found that the daily recitation of this Surah gives you the reward of a Shaheed (martyr), but I dont know if it’s correct or not.
2.Surah Al Asr – The Time
The second shortest surah of Quran-e-Pak and has 3 Ayats. It can cure stomach ailments, increases Emaan(Faith), for light on the day of Judgement and cures fever.

3.Al Qausar – Abundance
The 108th and shortest Surah of the Quran-e-Kareem, it has 3 Ayats. This surah has an amazing story you should read about it and I wasnt able to find any special benefit but, take a look at this hadith.
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 2137 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas’ud
Allah’s Messenger (saws) said, “If anyone recites a letter from Allah’s Book he will be credited with a good deed, and a good deed gets a tenfold reward. I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mim are one letter, but alif is a letter, lam is a letter and mim is a letter.”
4. Surah Quraish – The Quraysh
It’s 106th Surah of the Quran-e-Pak and has 4 Ayats, it was revealed in Mecca. It removes evil from food, blesses water for healing and cures heart ailments.

5. Al Ikhlas – Sūrat al-Tawḥīd
It’s 112th Surah of the Quran-e-Kareem and has 4 Ayats. It was revealed in Mecca. Al-Ikhlas means “the purity” or “the refining”. Read more Here
Narrated Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that Humayd ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Awf had told him that Surat al-Ikhlas (Sura 112) was equal to a third of the Qur’an, and that Surat al-Mulk (Sura 67) pleaded for its owner.

6. Al Falaq – The Dawn
It’s 113rd Surah of the Quran-e-Kareem and has five verse and translated as the invocation to Allah that you want protection from Satan. It was revealed in Mecca and has many benefits. Provides the reward for performing Hajj and ‘Umra and cures illness.

7. Al Qadr – The Majesty
The 97th Surah of the Quran-e-Pak and it has 5 Ayats. It was revealed in Mecca. It has many benefits like Total dependence upon Allah and For forgiveness of loans and protection from enemy.

8. Al Masad – The Palm Fiber
The 111th Surah of the Holy Quran and it has 5 Ayats. It was revealed in Mecca and has many benefits like relief from backache and safety in the night.

9. Al Fil – The Elephant
Th 105th Surah of the Holy Quran and it has 5 Ayats. It was revealed in Mecca and has benefits like Protection from enemies, evil tyrants and problem solver.

10. Al Kafirun – The Unbelievers
It’s 109th Surah of the Quran-e-Pak and has 6 Ayats. It was revealed in Mecca and has benefits like recitation brings safety from shirk, earns forgiveness and keeps you safe at night during sleep.

11. An Naas – Mankind
The 114th and last Surah of the Quran-e-Kareem and has 6 ayats. It has many benefits like To be kept safe from Jinnaat and the evil designs of Shaitan and makes medicines work fast.

The first Surah of the Quran. Its seven verses are a prayer for the guidance, lordship and mercy of the reciter’s God. Its a cure for every ailment except death.

13. Al Maun – Small Kindnesses
The 107th Surah of the Quran-e-Kareem with 7 Ayat and revealed in Mecca. It has benefits like to be safe from dawn to dawn, Acceptance of salaa if read as part of salaa and earns the Almighty’s forgiveness.

14. Al At Tin – The Figtree
The 95th Surah of the Quran-e-Hakeem with 8 Ayats. It was revealed in Mecca and talks about the secured city Mecca. If this Surah is recited over the food before eating Allah would not let any harmful ingredient in it does any harm to the eater, even if it contains lethal poison.

15. Al Bayyinah – The Clear Proof
The 98th Surah of the Quran-e-Hakeem and it has 8 Ayats. It was revealed in Madina. If this surah is written on a loaf of bread and a suspected thief eats it he would confess at once. If the name of a suspected thief is written on a ring and this surah is recited over it, it would move if he is the thief. If this surah is written on paper and put around the neck of a patient, suffering jaundice, as a tawiz, the disease would disappear, this tawiz would also cure whiteness in the eye and white spots on the body.
16. Az Zalzalah – The Quake
The 99th Surah of the Quran-e-Hakeem and it has 8 verses (Ayats). It was revealed in Madina. Whoso recites this surah would get reward of a man who has recited one fourth Quran.

17. Al Humazah – The Traducer
The 104th Surah of the Quran-e-Kareem and has 9 Ayat. It was revealed in Mecca. If this surah is written on paper and put around the neck of a man whose eyes are aching, the pain would be cured. Recite this surah and breathe over the man who is a victim of an evil eye, the effects of the evil eye would disappear, inshallah. It also saves from poverty.

18. Al Adiyat – The Chargers
The 100th Surah of the Quran-e-Kareem with 11 verses (Ayat) and It was revealed in Mecca. If this surah is recited for a frightened person his fright and fear would disappear and his safety would be guaranteed. To end debts, quench thirst, and find sustenance.

19. Al Qariah – Judgement Day
The 101st Surah of the Quran-e-Kareem with 11 verses and it was revealed in Mecca. Whoso recites this surah often times Allah would keep him safe from Dajjal, antichrist, so he would not say yes to the call of Dajjal; he would also not go near the fire of hell, his good deeds would outweigh his sins at the time of reckoning. To aid in financial difficulties and bring sustenance.

20. Al Mulk – The Dominion
The 67th Surah of the Quran-e-Shareef, it has 30 verses and it was revealed in Mecca. The surah emphasizes that no individual can impose his will on another; he may only guide and set an example. Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bestow peace and blessings upon him) said, “It is a protector; a rescuer; saving from the chastisement of the grave.” (At-Tirmidhi and Al-Hakim.)
